Difference between admin and operator

Admin and operator are two functions related to the operational implementation of a system or network.

admin: admin stands for administrator or administration, manager or space to manage something, it can be a website, server, database, or multi-user application.

Admin: as a controller application becomes equally important because admin can fill (add, edit and delete) employee data in this application. Admin can add and remove operators.

But in general, the admin is a user who has access rights to create, read, update, delete, execute, create other users and grant access rights to certain users.

but there are some applications that distinguish admin and superadministrator. Where the admin has no right to delete other admin users. While the superadministrator has the right to do everything that can be done by users, admins and can delete other users, admins.

operator: an operator is not required to master … discussed in general Operators are used to perform an operation or use a system. only has access rights to the transaction module, while the report, data maintenance and item master modules cannot be accessed.

The following is the difference between Administrator User level and Operator User Level in Accurate Online Software:

  1. Operator level : Users with this level, access to the database can be restricted by users with Administrator level. Restricted access consists of 2 (two) namely restrictions on access to the database and restrictions on inputting transactions in the database.
  2. Setting restrictions on access to the database is done through the Settings menu | Preferences | Restrictions (Click Here for a guide). Meanwhile, access restrictions for the transaction input process are carried out through the Settings menu | Group Access (click Here for the guide)
  3. Level (Level) Administrator : User with this level, has full access rights to the database and to input transactions. As well as having the authority to set access restrictions on Operator level users and users with this level, access to the database cannot be restricted. So that the setting of Access Rights restrictions on the Settings menu | Group access does not apply to users at this level.
