Misguided Gravity and Magnetic Field

The tensile force of gravity, a natural phenomenon that happens around us. Any objects around us, not drift and must fall to the ground. Isaac Newton managed to define what it is the force of gravity, to a matter of math. But most of us don’t really “agreeing” the concept of gravity and is often jumbled with the concept of a magnetic field.

Reported by the Ministry of Education and Cultural AFFAIRS, the definition of gravity according to Isaac Newton is “the force of gravity between two objects is a force of attraction that the magnitude is directly proportional to the multiplication of the mass of each object and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between the two”.

While reported by Wikipedia, which I think is the most appropriate translation, is “any particles that attract each other with the other particles in the universe with the force of attraction is directly proportional to the mass of each particle and inversely proportional to the square of the distance from the center point of the particle”.

What’s interesting about both these terms at a glance is the same, but the use of the noun (object) and particles (particle) has a different meaning. The noun refers to objects as a whole and have a form or body. While the particle is a small part of an object, which could take the form of ions, atoms or molecules.

Then what makes 2 fruit particles or objects have a force of attraction to each other? One of the misguided my biggest is the understanding that the magnetic field on the earth which makes us have the force of gravity. It turns out to be mistaken! And it is not described explicitly in our educational world.

Generally we have the understanding and the analogy that made the earth has oxygen and the atmosphere, which causes objects could fall and stick in the ground, is the presence of the earth’s magnetic field. But in fact the magnetic field and the force of gravity is 2 things are very much different.

There are 2 fundamental things that make gravity and magnetic is different. First, gravity will always pull at each other. While the magnetic’t just attraction or mutual rejection depends which side of him. Experiment easy which you can try at home to prove the force of gravity is an experiment cavendish like the following.

Uniquely, the objects that can be used for experimentation is not limited. You can even use 2 pieces of watermelon, pineapple, or any object. The basic concept that all objects have mass, and objects of great mass, always have a gravitational pull (according to Newton’s law of gravity).

And all the objects in the test experiment is influenced by the force of gravity against the “objects” whose mass is much larger that of the earth, but the value of the influence is the same in every point because the earth was too large. So in principle this experiment the results will be similar if tested in outer space far from earth.

Second, the magnetic force only works on elements of certain chemicals, generally objects that contain iron, chromium, manganese, nickel, cobalt, and alloys of the other. You will not be able to attach the magnet to objects such as plastic, watermelon, water, pineapple or other objects.

Once again, in concept, that gravity is the force of attraction between 2 different particles. While the magnetic force is the force between 2 charged particles can be attraction or mutual rejection.

Regarding gravity, no one knows exactly why the 2 particle that has mass can have the force of attraction to each other and how we can “create” the force of gravity itself. But indeed this is how the universe works, we know exactly when they will be closer to each other by the formula physics. From this concept, we human beings can also be predicted when the heavenly bodies will be heading to other celestial bodies as if thrown.

Interesting, basically we can stand on the ground on this earth because our body (which has mass) attract each other with the earth (which also has mass). Interesting, the mass of our body is much smaller than the mass of the earth so that it is precisely the sensation is that we are drawn to the earth, not vice versa.

If someday in the future we can just travel to outer space, you can experiment yourself by carrying a small stone and we can observe their own small stones will move by itself sticking to our body.
