Vivo is known to be launching the latest version of OriginOS in the near future. This information was revealed from an upload on the Weibo account some time ago.
Quoted from GSM Arena, Tuesday (11/30/2021), this latest version of OriginOS will be introduced on December 9, 2021 and has a new name, namely OriginOS Ocean.
Later, 10 days after its introduction, the company will release a list of Vivo phones that have closed beta access for the latest version of OriginOS. However, recent leaks have revealed a row of smartphones that will receive the update in the first stage.
Based on the leak, most of the smartphones that will get the update in this first stage are premium series. So, what are these devices? Here is the list.

• Vivo has just introduced its newest smartphones, namely Vivo X70, Vivo X70 Pro, and Vivo X70 Pro Plus. Especially for Vivo X70 and Vivo X70 Pro, both of which come with specifications that are not much different.

• Vivo X70 comes with 8GB RAM / 128GB ROM, 8GB RAM / 25GB ROM, and 12GB RAM / 256GB ROM. While the Pro version has 8GB/128GB RAM variants, 8GB RAM / 256GB ROM, 12GB RAM / 256GB ROM, 12GB RAM / 512GB ROM.
• Turning to the photography side, the two Vivo smartphones are still supported by cameras in collaboration with ZEISS.
• Vivo X70 has three rear cameras, namely a 40MP main lens, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and a 12MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom.
• The Vivo X70 Pro has one more than the standard version. This smartphone has a 50MP main lens, 12MP ultrawide lens, 12MP telephoto lens, plus an 8MP periscope lens with 5x optical zoom.
• Vivo also includes a custom V1 ISP sensor on the smartphone which is said to be able to improve focus speed and image quality.
• To support its performance, there is a 4,400mAh battery in the Vivo X70 and 4,500mAh in the Pro version. Both already support 44W fast charging capabilities.
• Both smartphones come in three color options, namely white, black, and nebula gradient. Both the standard and pro Vivo X70 versions run Funtouch OS 12 based on Android 11.
