    2. Go to the new database menu then create with create database to create a new database.
    3. Please return to the previous page by pressing “go back”.
    4. Add a new user in the Add New User section, fill in the user name in the Username column, along with a password in the Password column, then click the Create User button to create a new user.
    5. After that click Go Back to return to the previous page.
    6. The next step is to add a user to the database. In the Add User To Database section, please select the user and database through the drop down menu that you have created, then click the Add button to save the changes.
