6. Save Cellular Data

- Open Data and Storage
- Under the Media Auto-Download section, set the respective document download permissions
- Tap on individual documents, then enable ‘Never’ or ‘Wi-Fi’
7. Hide Blue Checkmark
The blue tick is a sign that the message sent has been read. However, you can make the sender of the message not know whether the message has been read or not by hiding the blue check mark.
- Open the WhatsApp
- Open Account
- Go to Privacy
- Then turn off the toggle bar ‘Read Receipts’
