Is there a universal language that allows us to communicate with aliens? Some scientists believe so.
Douglas Vakoch, president of Messaging Extraterrestrial Intelligence (METI) — an organization that was established to communicate with the aliens — confessed to start sending messages to aliens by the end of 2017.
