There are many things that can impact the deliverability of an email, but the report states that 83% of emails don’t get delivered to the inbox, due to the sender’s poor reputation.
Even if an email network or ISP does not track a Sender Score to determine whether or not they will send the email, the factors used in determining the Sender Score are similar to those used by email networks and ISPs to determine sender reputation. Therefore, this score is an excellent and free email sender reputation tool to ensure you are aware of and have the opportunity to fix any delivery issues.
