Purpose of Office Administration – Generally, office administration is an office job that aims to collect, record, manage, copy, send and store information needed in office activities. The objectives of office administration are as follows…
a. Collecting is an activity that searches for data, seeks the availability of all information that does not yet exist so that it is ready to be used if needed.

b. Taking notes is an activity that requires a variety of information writing equipment so that writing can be read, sent, and stored.

c. Processing, namely activities that process information with a view to presenting it in a more useful form
d. Doubling, is an activity that conveys in various ways and tools.
e. Sending is an activity that conveys in various ways and means the information consists of one party to another.

f. Storing is an activity that puts information in a number of ways and tools in a safe place.

Exposure Analysis Position Summary Data maintenance staff is a position that is responsible for all matters relating to routine maintenance work such as receiving and collecting routine maintenance data (in the form of photos, pictures, and quantitative data) from the field section and then processing it into a reports that can be accounted for and take care of all residents’ problems related to the maintenance work of these routine work activities.

  1. Receive routine maintenance data (photos, numbers, quantitative data) from the field department.
  2. Processing routine maintenance data (photos, numbers, quantitative data) into a weekly work report that is complete, neat, and accountable.
  3. Make monthly reports of routine maintenance work based on existing weekly work reports
  4. Submit work reports, either weekly reports or monthly reports, to the finance supervisor and general administration for inspection.
  5. Submit the client’s work report.
  6. Coordinate and share data with colleagues (other administrative staff) and the field.
  7. Responding to incoming letters to PT. Staff Data Maintenance Staff.

Staff Project Data

Administration Project data staff is general administrative staff, the position in charge of receiving is a position that collects tasks to work on data (in the form of photos, administrative tasks in pictures, and quantitative data) within the company, such as those relating to correspondence, sending – with the project received by PT. Depots outside of routine maintenance work, from the field and then processing it into a report that can be accounted for.

  1. Receive project data (photos, numbers, quantitative data) from the field department.
  2. Processing project data (photos, numbers, quantitative data) into a complete, neat, and accountable work report.
  3. Submit project work reports, either weekly reports or monthly reports, to the finance supervisor and general administration for inspection.
  4. Submit work reports that are client-side projects (PT. Telkomsel)
  5. Coordinate and share data with colleagues (other administrative staff) and the field.
  6. Make the documents needed for smooth work such as travel documents
  7. Repairing company computers
  8. Carry out other administrative tasks, including absenteeism and overtime for employees, as well as financial matters related to parties outside the company.
  9. Receive claims from residents around the signal tower location then process them into a claim report
  10. Submit reports of residents’ claims around the location of the signal tower to the client (PT. T)
  11. Handling the news of site device loss
  12. Calculate employee absenteeism and overtime time every month
  13. Coordinate and share data with colleagues (other administrative staff) and the field.
