1. First, open your favorite internet browser on your PC and click the link below to access the Canva homepage.
2. Then, select the available Zoom background template with the “Free” logo on the “Template” tab on the left of the main screen, or create your own design without selecting any template.
3. Then, decorate the selected Zoom background with various visual elements available in the “Elements”, “Uploads”, “Photos”, “Text” tabs, and so on.
4. After the Zoom background is beautified with an image or text, users can then save the image on their computer by clicking the “Download” button in the upper right corner.
5. Finally, make sure the selected file type is “PNG”, then click the purple “Download” button, and select the folder where the created Zoom background will be saved. When finished, click the “OK” button to save the image.
How to change the Zoom background from Canva on PC
1. To replace the Zoom background with our own design, open the Zoom application and enter the ongoing virtual room.
2. Then, click the “up arrow” icon on the “Stop Video” icon and select the “Choose Virtual Background…” menu. Then, click the “+” icon and select the “Add Image” menu.
