The name of the WhatsApp application is also given a similar frill, namely “from Meta”.
Thus, WhatsApp’s official name changed to “WhatsApp from Meta” and Instagram changed its name to “Instagram from Meta”. Even so, the WhatsApp and Instagram names that appear on the user’s device will remain the same as before, without the addition of “from Meta” as the last name.
The only thing that changes is the display of the name at the bottom of the loading screen, when the user opens the WhatsApp and Instagram applications for the first time on the cellphone.
